The Drive In
Building 10 is the last of ten condominium buildings in the Shores of Long Bayou's gated community. A slow cruise along the tree-lined main road connects to a roundabout, fronted by the community's pool and fitness center.
Rear Building View
Building 10's 30 units are owned and occupied, largely, by retired seniors who enjoy the privacy and serenity of the Shores. Access to units requires a code for the elevator or a key for the stairways.
Pond View
To the left of the roundabout, nestled amidst lush greenery and shimmering waters, Building 10 looms. Ample parking for residents includes assigned spaces and one-car garages. Guest parking is also nearby.
Lake View
Each unit in Building 10 has a screened-in lanai that daily provides a stunning lake view and a spectacular sunset view.
